Q:  Can I request the exact amount of money in our fund/account at the moment? 

A:  You can contact nosullivan@cmrf.org to request a full statement. 

 

Q:  Can we do up our ward it is in dire needs of refurbishment?

A:  This will have to go through the CEO's office for approval.  Please submit an application with a breakdown of all costs and copy nosullivan@cmrf.org. I will keep on top of it and get back to you with an answer.

 

Q:   A parent has donated X amount for the ward.  This has been in the funds for X amount of time and we are trying to match the funds with a project. We are not able to get clearance on this. How do we go about this?

A:  Please contact the CEO's office to apply.  Please submit a full breakdown of costs and a background of the project, costs, benefits, people involved etc.. The fund and donor manager will follow up on this for you.

 

Q:  Can we get X money for DVD’s, toys etc. for the ward?

A:  Please contact nosullivan@cmrf.org and arrange a visit to our store room. She can assist you with any toys you may require, as these are donated gifts for hospital use. Frequently we have Smith’s vouchers and are happy to get you anything you may need. Please put a list together and our fund and donor manager will arrange to drop these off to the ward.  Any money required will have to go through our CEO, please submit request in email.

 

Q: I would like to put up a plaque in the ward as we fundraised money in ‘memory of X’, how do we do this?

A:  Currently, any plaques put up in any ward will depend on the ward itself.  The Nurse Manager/Consultant usually gives the go ahead on this. There are certain criteria regarding plaques due to infection control e.g. wording, type, size, material it is made from etc.
